Donation Processing

By making a donation to Covenant By Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All donations are final and non-refundable.
• Donations will be used in accordance with the mission and ministry of Covenant By Design.
• Covenant By Design reserves the right to redirect donations to similar ministry areas as needed.
• Donors may choose to make a one-time donation or set up recurring donations, which can be modified or cancelled at any time.

Tax Deductibility

Covenant By Design is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive a receipt for their donation for tax purposes.

Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a dispute or chargeback related to a donation, Covenant By Design reserves the right to contact the donor and attempt to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, Covenant By Design may provide documentation and evidence of the donation to the financial institution or credit card company to support the validity of the donation.
